Arlington Asset Investment Corp Prices Senior Notes

Investment corporation Arlington Asset Investment Corp (ticker:AI) (not a REIT–a C Corp) has announced pricing of a Senior Note issue. AI is essentially a mortgage investor–but not a mortgage REIT.
The issue is priced at 6.75% and will begin trading in the next week or so.
The ticker symbol has not yet been announced, but we will post it as soon as we find out what it is. Likely there will be no OTC trading prior to NYSE trading.
