Paragon Shipping Offering Senior Notes – Updated

Greek dry bulk shipping company Paragon Shipping has announced they will offer $25/share senior notes.

We have not looked closely at this company, but at 1st glance their financials look pretty dicey so we believe this will come at a high coupon (8-9%).
