ProShares Ultra Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (the "Fund") is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (?2x) of the daily performance of the NASDAQ Biotechnology Index® (the "Index"). The Index is a modified capitalization-weighted index that includes securities of NASDAQ listed companies that are classified as either biotechnology or pharmaceutical according to the Industry Classification Benchmark which also meet other eligibility criteria determined by NASDAQ. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $112,166,575 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $101,557,383.
