Co. is reviewing data of its Phase II clinical trial of Antineoplastons relating to the treatment of various cancer. Antineoplastons have not been approved for sale or use by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States Department of Health and Human Services or anywhere in the world. Co. provides Antineoplastons solely for the use by Stanislaw R. Burzynski, M.D., Ph.D. in clinical research.
