Co. acquired all of Firebird Resources Inc.'s interest in the Roberts Creelman Property, an early stage exploration project consisting of three contiguous unpatented, unleased mining claims comprised of 34 claim units covering approx. 544 hectares in the Roberts and Creelman Townships, located approx. 50 kilometres north of Sudbury, Ontario, and the Hyman Porter Property, comprised of seventy claims totalling approx. 1120 hectares in the Hyman and Porter Townships, located approx. 50 kilometres west of Sudbury, Ontario, in exchange for common shares of Co.
