Getty Copper is a natural resource company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of natural resource properties. Co. has rights in mineral exploration and mine development in the Highland Valley area of British Columbia. Co. has not yet determined whether its mineral rights contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral rights and the ability of Co. to meet its obligations is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the exploration and development of the mineral rights and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
