InnSuites Hospitality Trust (The Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust, with its affiliates RRF Limited Partnership (the Partnership), owns interests in two hotels, operates and provides management services, and provides trademark license services, for two hotels. The Trust owns a 75.98% sole general partner interest in the Partnership, which controls a 51.01% interest in the InnSuites hotel located in Tucson, AZ, and a direct 21.50% interest in the InnSuites hotel located in Albuquerque, NM. The Trust hotels provide services such as free hot breakfast plus amenities, such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, coffee makers, and free high-speed Internet access.
