The iShares MSCI International Developed Size Factor ETF (the ?Fund?) is an open-end managment investment company. The Fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of international developed large- and mid-capitalization stocks with relatively smaller average market capitalization, as represented by the MSCI World ex USA Risk Weighted Index (the ?Index?). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Jul 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $4,983,448 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $4,973,665.
