Omphalos, through its subsidiaries, supplies a range of equipment and parts including refurbished and modified reflow soldering ovens and automated optical inspection machines for printed circuit board manufacturers in Taiwan, China, and South Asian countries. Co. also provides after sale services such as maintenance and repairs to its customers and sells parts for the equipment. Co.'s products include: Tamura N2 Reflow Ovens, which have multiple temperature controlled heat emitting infrared radiation compartments that create a phase change in flux turning the solid into a liquid; and Gryphon Laser Marking System, which is placed at the beginning of the SMT production line.
