PowerShares Dynamic Healthcare Sector Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Healthcare Sector Intellidex index. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of healthcare companies. It normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index consists of approximately 60 U.S. healthcare companies. These companies are engaged in providing healthcare-related products and services. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund had total asset of $60,192,871 and a total investment portfolio of $60,157,876.
