First Trust NASDAQ-100 Ex-Technology Sector Index Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Tech Sector Index (the Index). The Index contains securities of the NASDAQ-100 Index that are not classified as technology according to the Industry Classification Benchmark classification system, and as a result, is a subset of the NASDAQ-100 Index. As of Dec 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $92,358,868 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $92,258,642.
