PowerShares S&P 500 High Quality Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the S&P 500® High Quality Rankings Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the S&P 500® Index that S&P Quality Rankings identifies as high quality stocks. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund's total assets were $230,747,587 and the Fund's investments portfolio was valued at $228,746,963.
