SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production is an open-end investment management company. The Fund seeks to replicate as closely as possible the total return performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index. The S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index represents the oil and gas exploration and production sub-industry portion of the S&P Total Markets Index. The Oil & Gas Exploration Index is a modified equal weight index. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $1,611,503,652 and $1,609,840,710, respectively.
