Guggenheim BulletShares 2019 Corporate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an investment grade corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD Corporate Bond 2019 Index (the 2019 Index). The 2019 Index is a rules-based index comprised of investment grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in 2019.
