RAIT Senior Notes Now Trading

Reader shadetreethinker has reminded us that the new RAIT Senior Notes are new trading on the NYSE under the ticker RFTA. The coupon on the issue is 7.125% and it is now trading at $24.80.
While RAIT is not a quality issue it does have short duration (5 years) and this makes it an interest to us. We may buy a small position to continue our move toward short durations.
