We are Publishing Again on Seeking Alpha

After mostly an absense of close to 5 years on Seeking Alpha (we published on there as early as 2008 until 2011–then our time became to valuable to spend time there) we have tiptoed back into writing there–at least to a small degree.

We did this at the reguest of Seeking Alpha. Some of our older articles still garner readers even though they are years old. There is always a place for some solid income issues in a portfolio–and that is pretty much all we write about.
