Co.'s loan products include: Conventional loans, which include bridge loans on single family and commercial real estate; Ground-up Construction Loans, which assist developers in projects with the focus on workforce housing; and Special Purpose Credit Programs, which include loans to extend special purpose credit to applicants who meet certain requirements such as credit assistance programs.
