Co.'s primary technology, named Mears Silicon Technology™, or MST®, is a thin film of reengineered silicon. MST can be applied as a transistor channel improvement to CMOS-type transistors used in the semiconductor industry. Co. has an agreement with TSI Semiconductors America LLC to provide Co. with engineering services in their semiconductor manufacturing facility in California. Co. also has a collaboration with Synopsys, Inc., a provider of technology computer-aided design, simulation software in the semiconductor industry.
