Benz Mining is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of a mineral property. Co. is in the process of exploring its resource properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the carrying value of exploration and evaluation assets and Co.'s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the preservation of its interest in the underlying properties, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the achievement of profitable operations, or the ability of Co. to raise alternative financing.
