Guggenheim BulletShares 2019 High Yield Corporate Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of a high yield corporate bond index called the NASDAQ BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2018 Index (the High Yield 2019 Index). The High Yield 2019 Index is a rules-based index comprised of high yield corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2019. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $152,760,253 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $146,641,426.
