Clifton Mining is primarily engaged in property management by joint venturing the properties to other companies including the use of its equipment to bring the claims into production and investing in other businesses. At Dec 31, 2020, Co.'s mining claims consisted of 82 patented claims including 10 patented claims owned 50% by its subsidiary, Woodman Mining Company, 402 unpatented lode claims, including 32 placer claims, and 6 state mineral leases. The properties are located in the Gold Hill/Clifton Mining District, Tooele County, Northwest Utah area.
