CIM Real Estate Finance Trust is a real estate investment trust. Substantially all of Co.'s business is conducted through its operating partnership, CIM Real Estate Finance Operating Partnership, LP. Co.'s commercial real estate assets consist of income-producing retail properties that are primarily single-tenant or anchored shopping centers. Co.'s retail properties leased to retail tenants are pharmacies, home improvement stores, national superstores, restaurants and regional retailers. Co.'s portfolio also includes anchored shopping centers, which are multi-tenant properties that are anchored by one or more larger national, regional or local retailers.
