Ampol is an Australian transport fuel supplier and convenience retailer. Co. is engaged in the purchase, refining, distribution and marketing of petroleum products and the operation of convenience stores throughout Australia, as well as in New Zealand under the Gull brand. Co. has two reportable segments: Convenience Retail, which includes activities associated with Fuels and Shop offerings at Co.'s network of stores, including royalties and franchise fees on remaining franchise stores; and Fuel and Infrastructure, which includes activities associated with the integrated whoslesale fuels and lubricants supply for Co., including Co.'s international businesses.
