Guggenheim Multi-Asset Income is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index (the Index). The Index consists of approximately 125 to 150 securities selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of domestic and international companies. The Fund, using a passive or indexing investment approach, seeks to replicate the performance of the Index. As of Aug 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $689,034,500 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $681,759,617.
