db X-trackers MSCI Japan Hedged Equity seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Japan U.S. Dollar Hedged Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is designed to provide exposure to Japanese equity markets, while at the same time mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the U.S. dollar and Japanese yen. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $143,057,082 and $107,585,048, respectively.
