Dolly Varden Silver is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties and it is considered to be in the exploration stage. Co. owns interests in multiple mineral titles and claims. The recoverability of amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves and confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to satisfy the expenditure requirements and to complete the development of properties and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
