(Dental Cooperative), which provides services to its members in the form of centralized purchasing of dental supplies and lab services; Dental Practice Transition, Inc., which transitions dental practices between dental practitioners who are exiting and entering practice tenure, and arranging financing for transitions; and U.S. DentistDirect, Inc., which conducts a dental benefits plan business for the purpose of generating patient flow for the Dental Cooperative member dentists who participate as members of the provider panel.
