Delphi Energy is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration for and development and production of crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from properties located in Western Canada, with areas in the deep basin of North West Alberta at Bigstone, Hythe, Wapiti/Gold Creek and Tower Creek. As of Dec 31 2010, Co.'s total proved reserves was 1,831 thousand barrels ("Mbbls") gross (1,477 Mbbls net) for light and medium oil; 107,718 million cubic feet ("MMcf") gross (91,947 MMcf net) for natural gas; 2,853 Mbbls gross (2,002 Mbbls net) for natural gasl liquids; and 22,637 thousand barrels of oil equivalent ("Mboe") gross (6 thousand cubic feet: 1 barrel) (18,803 Mboe net).
