WisdomTree DEFA Equity Income Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond to the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree DEFA Equity Income Index (the Index). The Index is a fundamentally weighted Index that measures the performance of companies with high dividend yields selected from the WisdomTree DEFA Index. Companies are weighted in the Index based on annual cash dividends paid. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $368,692,184 and $366,211,250, respectively.
