DynaResource is a minerals investment, management, and exploration company, engaged in conducting test mining and pilot milling operations through an operating subsidiary in Mexico, with specific focus on precious and base metals in Mexico. Co. owns DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (DynaMexico), which owns mining concessions, equipment, camp and related facilities which comprise the San Jose de Gracia Property (SJG), in northern Sinaloa State, Mexico. Also, Co. owns Mineras de DynaResource S.A. de C.V., the operator of SJG, under contract with DynaMexico, and it owns DynaResource Operaciones de San Jose de Gracia, S.A. de C.V., which manages the personnel registered to work at the SJG.
