Eos is a holding company owning capital stock of product marketing companies focusing on direct sales of consumer products. Co. has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Discovery Toys, Inc. ("Discovery Toys"), and I.F.S. of New Jersey, Inc. ("IFS"), and Co. holds an 85% interest in Regal Greetings & Gifts Corporation ("Regal"). Discovery Toys is a multi-level marketer of approximately 200 educational products, including toys, games, books, and software. Regal is a Canadian direct selling and mail order distributor of general merchandise to consumers, including stationery and household and giftware items. IFS sells product-based fundraising programs to schools.
