ES Bancshares, through its subsidiary, Empire State Bank (the Bank), provides a variety of financial services in its market area. The Bank accept deposits from the general public and uses such deposits to originate commercial loans, commercial revolving lines of credit and term loans including U.S. Department of Agriculture and Small Business Administration guaranteed loans, commercial real estate, mortgage loans secured by one-to four-family residences and to a lesser extent construction and land loans. The Bank also invests in mortgage-backed and other securities. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. had total assets of $196.0 million and total deposits of $157.9 million.
