Through its operating subsidiaries, Co.'s primary operations include the selling, servicing, and underwriting of non-standard personal automobile insurance and related products. Co. sells non-standard automobile insurance through various retail locations across several states as well as through the internet and a Nashville Call Center. The states of Missouri and Virginia are Internet and Call Center only. Co. operates under an Agency Model in several states where it sells both its own underwritten insurance policies and those issued by third-party insurers. Co. also has licenses to write insurance in several other states.
