Southstone Minerals is an exploration stage company engaged principally in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties in the Republic of Nicaragua, Central America. Co. has not yet determined whether its mineral property contains reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral property is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral property in accordance with industry practice, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete development of its mineral property and upon future profitable production.
