First Hartford is engaged in the purchase, development, ownership, management, and sale of real estate. Co. has two segments: Real Estate Operations and Fee For Service. Co.'s real estate operations segment includes: rental, which is a straight-line basis over the terms of the respective leases and consists of base rent and reimbursements for certain costs; management service, which provides management and maintenance services to third parties; sales of real estate; development services; construction; and other. Co.'s fee for service segment includes preferred developer services, in which Co. is party to preferred developer agreements with CVS, Cumberland Farms, and Wild Fork Foods.
