Co.'s other subsidiaries include MGA Agency, Inc., which provides marketing and agency relationship management services for MGA and for an unaffiliated insurer that provides fronting paper for MGA in Texas; and National Specialty Lines, Inc., which provides marketing and agency relationship management for MGA in Florida.
