Goldcliff Resource is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties and it is considered to be in the exploration stage. Co. has not yet determined whether its mineral properties contain economically recoverable ore reserves. The recovery of the amounts comprising mineral properties and deferred exploration costs are dependent upon the confirmation of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to successfully complete the exploration and development of those reserves and upon future profitable production.
