Hybrid Energy Holdings, directly and indirectly through its subsidiaries, Accutone Inc. and Interstate Hearing Aid Service Inc., until January 3, 2007, were in the business of audiological services. Both subsidiaries had changed the focus of their marketing to include, not only the individual, self-pay patients, but health care entities and organizations which could serve as patient referral sources for Co. The hearing aid industry is changing at a rapid pace and marketing of these services and competing with other organizations was becoming difficult. As a result management decided to divest these two subsidiaries as of January 3, 2007.
