Western Transitions, as of Dec. 31, 2001, has no substantial business operations, although Co. may have some residual value attributable to its vignette business. After emerging from bankruptcy Co. reactivated its marketing efforts, began marketing its vignette products to advertisers, and began production and distribution of video press releases for General Motors Corporation. As a result of acquisitions and divestitures, Co. owns only the vignette business, which is dormant.
