COIN Hodl is a gold exploration stage company with precious metal projects in Argentina and Peru. Co. is in the process of determining whether its mineral properties contain mineral reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for deferred exploration costs and acquisition costs is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing for their development, changes in existing government and environmental regulations restricting exploration and mining activity in the region and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition of the mineral properties.
