Ring of Fire Resources is engaged in the the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Co. has not earned revenue from its mining properties and is considered to be in the development stage. The recoverability of amounts shown for mining and oil and gas properties is dependant upon completion of the acquisition of the property interests, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and future profitable production or, alternatively, upon disposition of such property at a profit.
