Through its subsidiary, Notox Bioscience Inc., Co. owns the right, title and interest in and to the License Agreement that grants Co. the license to certain patented intellectual property of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation relating to the treatment of a neuromuscular defect and in particular, the ability to produce, sell, improve and modernize products that incorporate such intellectual property in the fields of aesthetics, drug free pain management, body contouring and perspiration control. Through its Tropic Spa Inc. subsidiary, Co. has a personal tanning product, which consists of a tanning system that delivers a full-body application.
