Co. holds palladium bullion and issues Aberdeen Standard Physical Palladium Shares ETF (the Shares) (in minimum blocks of 50,000 Shares, also referred to as Baskets) in exchange for deposits of palladium and distributes palladium in connection with redemption of Baskets. The investment objective of Co. is for the Shares to reflect the performance of the price of palladium, less its expenses and liabilities. Co. is designed to provide an individual owner of beneficial interests in the Shares an opportunity to participate in the palladium market through an investment in securities.
