The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties and related deferred exploration costs is dependant upon discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development and future profitable production or, alternatively, upon disposition of such properties at a profit.
