Co. has opened a fast casual barbecue concept in Glendale, CO called Carve Barbecue through its 66.075% owned subsidiary, Carve BBQ Glendale, LLC. Co. has been granted the right to rebrand its Bourbon Brothers Southern Kitchen restaurant in northern Colorado Springs into a Southern Hospitality-branded full service franchised restaurant operating under the trade name Southern Hospitality Southern Kitchen. Co. has also been the right to license Southern Hospitality-branded fast casual restaurants in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.
