Rupert Resources is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties, primarily in British Columbia and Ontario. Co. is in the process of acquiring and exploring its mineral properties in Canada and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the amounts shown for mineral properties and related deferred costs is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development of the mineral properties and upon future profitable production.
