RevenueShares Small Cap Fund (the Fund) is an open-end management investment company.The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective of outperforming the total return performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index (S&P 600) by investing in the constituent securities of the S&P 600 in the same proportions as the RevenueShares Small Cap Index. RevenueShares Small Cap Index is constructed using a rules-driven methodology, which re-weights the constituent securities of the S&P 600 according to the revenue earned by the companies in the S&P 600. As of June 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $418,602,302 and $394,824,149, respectively.
