Cornish Metals is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and future development of exploration and evaluation assets. Co. is in the process of acquiring and exploring its exploration and evaluation assets and has not yet determined whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of the amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets and related deferred costs is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the financing necessary to complete the development of its exploration and evaluation assets and upon future profitable production.
