FlexShares® iBoxx 5 Year Target Duration Tips Index Fund is an open-end managemnt investment company. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the iBoxx 5-Year Target Duration TIPS Index (the ?Underlying Index?). The Underlying Index reflects the performance of a selection of inflation protected public obligations of the U.S. Treasury, commonly known as ?TIPS,? with a targeted average modified adjusted duration of approximately five years. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $450,957,552 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $388,100,278.
