Co.'s segments are: AmeriGas Propane, which consists of the propane distribution business; UGI International, which includes liquefied petroleum gas distribution businesses and energy marketing business; Midstream and Marketing, which includes energy-related businesses that conduct energy marketing, own and operate natural gas liquefaction, storage and vaporization facilities and propane-air mixing assets, and manage natural gas pipeline and storage contracts; and Utilities, which includes regulated natural gas and electric distribution businesses.
